The release notes mention numerous bug-fixes in the 2.4 release. Can you include a link to the Bugzilla query that returns these?
Unfortunately, we're not religious about tagging PR's with the release they are fixed in, the best we could do is a date range query, which will be pretty fuzzy. Sorry.
