Adding SonarSource to https://llvm.org/Users.html

Hi all,

I’d like to add SonarSource to the llvm.org/Users.html.
We are using Clang as a C++ frontend. Besides that, we also make extensive use of the AST matchers infrastructure and the Clang Static Analyzer itself as libraries.

I couldn’t find the corresponding file in the llvm-project repository to patch that, I hope you know who to contact with this request.
