[analyzer] scan-build and -analyzer-config

Hi all,

I can’t find a way to pass -analyzer-config options through scan-build. Is this supported? Google doesn’t turn anything up, there isn’t an explicit option for it, and I’ve been staring at scan-build’s and ccc-analyzer’s command line construction code for quite a while now without seeing a hack.

I know I didn’t wait very long, but I went ahead and put together a patch to enable this: http://lists.cs.uiuc.edu/pipermail/cfe-commits/Week-of-Mon-20131209/095278.html
Of course if there’s some existing way I didn’t find, I’ll delete the patch.
