blurbs for llvm 2.7 release notes

Hi All,

I'd appreciate it if someone could help write the blurb for clang and the static analyzer in the llvm 2.7 release notes.

I added a few tweaks in r99512. The main thing we are missing is a
good C++ blurb, and any static analyzer improvements.

Actually that, and it would be nice to list the new warnings we have
added in 2.6 - 2.7. That's all the stuff I can think of, aside from
bug fixes galore.
