* Adjust TestGdbRemote_qThreadStopInfo to verify only one thread is marked as
stopped for the interrupt.
* Adjust llgs accordingly.  Currently llgs is showing each thread as marked
with a SIGSTOP instead of just one.  The other threads should respond with T00.
