The old code unconditionally assumed lib${LLVM_LIBDIR_SUFFIX}, while some
systems install Python stuff into /usr/lib while regular libraries are in
/usr/lib64.  I've addressed this in r372835, and I think we should have this
backported for 9.0.1.

The commit is fresh, so let's wait a while before merging it.  I'm opening the
bug so that I don't forget.
