Bug 7927 is preventing clang to compile itself on msys build system. (using 2.8 llvm release)

Apparantly the bug isn’t fix on the 2.8 release. Is it fixed already in the svn res already?

A workaround was applied on ToT.

Some additional patches would be needed for selfhost mingw.
