Can i use the map declared in one pass from another pass?if yes,how?

I have already asked this question but i didn’t get clear understanding and so i am asking again.i have declared the map and stored values in that map in one pass.I want to use that values stored in the map from another pass.whether can i do like that?or is there any alternative to do so?whether i can use other methods rather than map?or is there no way?
