Clang format feature request: always break after opening parenthesis of function signature Kevlin Henney's style

I’ve been trying to format code such as this

public void method(int firstArg, int secondArg)
// or
public void method(int firstArg,
    int secondArg)
// or
public void method(int firstArg,
                   int secondArg)

to always putting parameters on the next line

public void method(
    int firstArg, int secondArg)

or

public void method(
    int firstArg,
    int secondArg)

The closest I got is with clang format options:

AlignAfterOpenBracket: AlwaysBreak
BinPackParameters: false

but it only puts parameters on the next line if they do not fit on the current line and shorter functions are left on a single line.

I would need an option such as AlwaysBreakBeforeFunctionParameters to replicate Kevlin Henney’s style.
