Is anyone else seeing this bootstrap failure on x86_64-apple-darwin?

remade because of errors.

I opened https://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=24067 for this issue.

This seems to be affecting all builds with shared libraries enabled.

This should be fixed in r241770.
