Clang Preprocessor Speed Up

Good day, everyone!

Here is a version which allows to set a certain expansion depth limit. Below this depth, expansion locations are evaluated fairly, and if expansion depth exceeds it, then expansion locations are not evaluated.
New flag is –max-macro-exploc-depth=N, where N is unsigned. If no passing the flag at all, no limitations on depth are used (so in this case preprocessing goes like in old good clang)
