clang refactoring tool talk accepted for C++ Now! 2014

My proposed talk/workshop on making a refactoring tool using
libtooling and clang has been accepted to C++ Now! 2014. I'm pretty
excited about this and I'm really looking forward to showing off
libtooling to this audience, standing on the shoulders of Chandler
Carruth's previous presentations.

Thanks Chandler for inspiring me to do this!
