Clang-tidy multi-line NOLINT

Hello!
I wanted to ask about the current status of multi-line NOLINT.

This feature was proposed by several users 2 or 3 years ago:

But i could not find if it has been implemented yet or if there are plans for it. Is there a feature-request tracker where it could be added?

Multi line NOLINTs were added in commit 722e705 and should be released in version 14.0.
