External Clang Examples

Hi all,

I would like to introduce our project, Chisel, https://github.com/aspire-project/chisel, a system for debloating C/C++ programs. We have implemented Chisel using LibTooling. It has extensive use of Source-to-Source transformation as well as many other features of LibTooling. so it might be helpful to include it on https://clang.llvm.org/docs/ExternalClangExamples.html.

If you have any suggestions, feel free to let me know.

Can you please add some examples of what it does? At the moment it is
like "here is a tool, but we won't tell you what it does!"

I think I should have provided the link to the main website instead of the github link in the first place: https://chisel.cis.upenn.edu/
Then, this page https://chisel.cis.upenn.edu/start.html describes how to use the tool.
