Flaky clangd test?

Hi,

I've been noticing some suspicious failures of
Extra Tools Unit Tests::ClangdThreadingTest.StressTest

It doesn't occur very often so I'm not sure if it affects other
platforms. Any ideas?

Just spotted this on ARM as well (so at least we know it's not just AArch64):

Will take a look, thanks for pointing this out.
Certainly a bug, will try reproducing locally. Hopefully this is not arm-specific.
