How start with LLVM garbage collector?

LLVM has GC possibility (llvm_gc_allocate). What compiler uses it? I try ldc
D compiler but it not uses LLVM garbage collection but own in Tango library.

Afaik, llvm does not have a garbage collector of its own, you simply
link in a garbage collector that will hook into the "llvm_gc_*" function
calls. LDC uses Tango's garbage collection by linking malloc's and the
sorts to Tango's GC subsystem.
