How to install LLVM stripped?

The very naive question. Installing gcc I have a target called “install-strip” to installed stripped libraries. Is there anything like that for llvm?

Thank you.

IIRC CMake creates an install/strip target by default which can be used to install everything stripped. All install targets should also have a -stripped variant for stripping, e.g. you have both install-clang and install-clang-stripped.

You may be interested in LLVM’s distribution installation support if you only want to install specific parts of LLVM. In that case, there’s an install-distribution-stripped target for installing those parts stripped.
