How to print out the Polly passes used in Clang?

Hi, I am trying to find out which passes are applied in Polly in clang 14.0.5.
I executed the command

clang -c -O3 -mllvm -polly -mllvm -debug-pass=Arguments test.c

In a word, there is no any polly related passes are applied (e.g., -polly-simplify).
However, when I execute with

clang -c -O3 -mllvm -polly -Rpass-analysis=polly test.c

It shown some Polly passes are applied.

So I am quite confused. Why the passes like polly-scops are not shown in my first command?
