Could you pleas tell me how to install and run llvm-2.8 on Windows Xp. Pleas do not tell me to go to http://llvm.org/docs/GettingStarted.html ! I read everything and try to follow the steps but it doesn’t help me at all.

There are no Windows binaries for 2.8. Sorry, you must build it
yourself.
