last known good revision?

Hi,

I synced llvm and clang to HEAD (r84204) and the build failed (looks
like the header declaring wait(int*) should be #included by
clang/tools/CIndex/CIndex.cpp but isn't).

Since it takes a lot of time to build llvm and clang after each sync,
it would be nice to avoid syncing to a broken revision. Is there a
place that lists the last known good revision? Thanks,

We don't keep a list of "known good" revisions.

The best place is to check the status of the Clang buildbots:

http://google1.osuosl.org:8011/console

When the builds are "green" it indicates that the build compiled.

I

The buildbots had been mostly green for weeks until I broke them yesterday for about an hour. In general the tree isn't broken for very long, you can usually just ask or mention it if you get something that's broken. The IRC channel is a good place to ask as well.

The tree doesn't break *that* often, so it hasn't really been a problem for me.

Great! This is exactly what I need. Thanks, Ted!

Looks like clang has been broken on Linux since 84199, almost 3 hours
ago. Is anyone working on a fix? If not, I'll give it a try.
Thanks,

Many of the Clang developers aren’t developing directly on Linux (we just see the failures from the buildbots), so if you have a fix in mind by all means please give it a try!

OK. Just sent my patch to cfe-commits for review. Thanks!
