LLD polling disabled?

Hi Galina,

Ever since I change our LLD bot to the LLD polling section (to catch
LLD as well as Clang/LLVM commits), the bot stopped getting new
builds:

Last one from 17th March!

Is it disabled? Or is it looking at the wrong place?

I've moves the bot back to clang polling (r299302), but it would be
good to get LLD commits as well.
