When trying to commit I got:

It looks like llvm.org is back up again.

Ugh. When it rains, it pours.
The certificate files on llvm.org look correct, and the last certificate was installed on June 25 of last year. So, it looks like the certificate is genuinely expired.
I'll start the certificate renewal process.
