LLVM X86 backend asserts on a particular module and this reported bug isn't fixed for 8 + months

This bug was reported 8+ months ago and is still not fixed.

clang asserts when asserts are enabled, or hangs otherwise.

We can’t build the libint2 project (the FreeBSD port science/libint2-psi4) with clang because of this bug.
