Mails from IITH marked as spam

It seems that mails from our domain are being marked as spam. It would be nice if something could be done about this.

The reason that these mails are being marked as spam can be seen in the following header: The simplest solution to this problem is to have the adminstrators (not anything that the mailing list administrators can do) change their DMARC policies to stop setting failure to verify messages as p=quarantine. For more details, I would refer you to the very much mashing-of-teeth and wailing currently going on in the IETF DMARC working group and related forums.
