Moving on

Hello fellow Clangd developers!

It has been a great experience working with you on Clangd over the last months (I can almost say years?). Unfortunately, I’ll be moving to a new job opportunity in 1.5 weeks and I will likely be much less involved with this project. Luckily, my very talented colleague Simon Marchi (@simark) has been doing a great job at contributing to Clangd on behalf of Ericsson. So I am confident that Clangd development at Ericsson is in good hands (and perhaps you might see some new faces soon?!).

It was a pleasure collaborating with you and meeting some of you in person at conferences.

All the best,

Marc-André

Hi Marc-André,

Congratulations on the new job! It has always been a pleasure working with you, and it’s a bit sad to see a strong clang/clangd contributor leaving.

Good luck on the new position! I hope our paths cross again!

Best,
Eric

Hi Marc-André,

It was a pleasure working with you, sad to see you go.
Wish you all the best at your new job!

Hi Marc-André!

I am terribly sorry that I completely missed your mail (might be outcome of me fiddling with mail filter rules lately).

It is sad to see you leaving but I hope you’ll have a great time on your new job! And I don’t yet give up on possibility of seeing you on some llvm dev meeting sometime in the future

All the best!

Jan

Thanks a lot guys!

I will be trying to contribute to Clangd although I’m not sure how soon that will be.

Regards,

Marc-André
