Mutex locking in SBProcess

Hi All,
I observed that 2 mutex in SBProcess (RunLock and APILock) are not locked in same order throughout the file. It caused deadlock a few time due in lldb-mi. I was wondering if this is an oversight and needs to be fixed or an intended design.
