simple plugin.cpp sample now works with Linux (should now be ~ caught up to https://llvm.org/viewvc/llvm-project?view=revision&sortby=date&revision=124716)

fix assert in SetPluginInfo
implement Linux ePathTypeLLDBSystemPlugins and ePathTypeLLDBUserPlugins
implement Linux Host::Backtrace and Host::GetEnvironment
add .gnu_debugdata comment
