[PATCH] isBarrier is missing on "return" instructions

Hi, this is a small patch of ARM Instructions description because
"-verify-machineinstrs" complains about that.

This doesn't break the tests on my machine.

Thanks for the patch!

The variants that return via an LDM instruction look like they're missing them as well, interestingly enough. I've tweaked your patch to also do those. Hope you don't mind.
