Hi,
This is another small patch for mingw. The problem is that check for LLDB_DISABLE_PYTHON was being done before including the parent Makefile which actually defines this variable so it was not taking effect. Just moves the check below the include statement. I will commit it later if there are no objections.

Hi,
I withdraw this patch for the time being. I have seen some problem with it on the autoconf build. I will fix it and post updated patch later.
