PDB/CodeView/llvm-pdbutil: cdecl calling convention even if the target is x64?

Almost all enums from microsoft-pdb/cvconst.h at master · microsoft/microsoft-pdb · GitHub are defined within llvm-project/CodeView.h at main · llvm/llvm-project · GitHub.
I’ve compiled an X64 executable with -g, and tried to explore the calling convention attached to procedures by using llvm-pdbutil, but it looks like it prints cdecl in the case of CallingConvention::NearC even if the target is X64. Should it be the Microsoft x64 instead?
