phabricator code review workflows?

Hi,

So I created a review on llvm-reviews.chandlerc.com that fixes a small
spelling error.

I was expecting to see an email generated automatically as a result of
creating the review, but that didn't happen. Is that because I need
to add a mailing list to the review when I create it?

I'm not sure what the canonical workflow is for llvm/clang/etc.
