Please add Ravi as an LLVM User

Hi,

I would like to request that Ravi be added as a user of LLVM. Here is
a short description of Ravi:

Ravi is a derivative/dialect of Lua 5.3 with limited optional static
typing and an LLVM based JIT compiler.

Ravi currently supports LLVM 3.6 and 3.7 branch.
