Pull Request: Intial support for R600 Target

Hi,

I think my original patch got stuck in moderation, but I have made some
changes since then and created my own libclc repo here:
git://people.freedesktop.org/~tstellar/libclc master

I would like to get these changes included in the main libclc repo.
Would you be able to review these changes and merge them into the main
repo if they are acceptable?
