Request for making a few Flang related project boards public

There is some interest from the Flang community members who are not code contributors to have more visibility into the progress being made. Could the following boards be made public?

I made these 2 public.

I’m not sure why, but I don’t have the option to make these public.

May be the spec boards are already public. They are old style boards.
