Hey folks, I made what I consider substantial changes to what I was proposing, so I created a new RFC thread to follow up on this. You can read more details there, but now the policy centers on the idea of a human in the loop who understands their work well enough to answer questions about it instead of contribution size, which this version centered on. Hopefully I’ve captured all the feedback here and elsewhere.
