Thank you for your questions and comments. I have reordered your questions/comments to respond to them in a logical progression. In particular, you have some questions about the technical design of TLX (extensibility, memory allocation, etc.) and some about *whether a tensor / matrix code-gen framework belongs in LLVM in the first place*.
