Status of AIX Support

Are there any updates to the February thread on adding AIX support: https://lists.llvm.org/pipermail/llvm-dev/2019-February/130175.html? I’ve seen a decent amount of activity and discussion, but it’s hard for me to judge how much more is required.

My ultimate goal is to cross-compile Rust to AIX/PowerPC targets, and this is one of the necessary pieces. Thanks to all of those who have already gotten the ball rolling!

We’re still working on producing assembly and XCOFF32/XCOFF64 output for C. I would hope that there would be some splash when the AIX support covers “most of C”.
