The LLVM server is being moved to a different machine at Siebel Center today. I believe email was sent to llvmdev about it a week ago.

The outage will hopefully not last too much longer.

Update: The server is in its new location and is currently doing an ext3 disk-check (which is taking awhile). I don't have a quantitative estimate on when it will be back online, but things are going smoothly, and hopefully it will be online soon.
