What are the FileRadar.scpt GetRadarVersion.scpt files in llvm-project/clang/tools/scan-view/share ?

I noticed these 2 binary files in the tree that were added in
r56375 / d4c2337ef55f146e8ed0122a9407257e56b39717. Does anyone know what these are for?
