Why did I miss MLIRLLVMIR.a ?

When I try to cmake a project which depands on llvm, it indicated that “The dependency target “MLIRLLVMIR” of target “obj.XPXHL” does not exist.”

What I have done before is like:
$ cd ./llvm-project
$ mkdir build && cd build
$ cmake -G Ninja …/llvm
-DCMAKE_CXX_FLAGS=“-D_GLIBCXX_USE_CXX11_ABI=0 -std=c++11 -static-libgcc -static-libstdc++ -l:libstdc++.a”
-DLLVM_ENABLE_PROJECTS=mlir
-DLLVM_BUILD_EXAMPLES=ON
-DLLVM_TARGETS_TO_BUILD=“X86”
-DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release
-DMLIR_ENABLE_BINDINGS_PYTHON=ON
-DLLVM_ENABLE_ASSERTIONS=ON
$ ninja
$ ninja check-mlir

and I try to:
$ cd $MY_PROJECT
$ cd build; cmake …

The library has recently been renamed to MLIRLLVMDialect
