Hi,

I will push out -rc3 a one or two days so we can get:

• check-all fixed for runtimes: ⚙ D132438 [runtimes] Use a response file for runtimes test suites
• Solve the question about SOVERSION: Discussion Thread and diff D132486 SONAME introduce option CLANG_FORCE_MATCHING_LIBCLANG_SOVERSION (llvm.org)

I hope that we can solve these quickly so that we don’t have to delay -final. But I’ll keep everyone up-to-date.
