The next LLVM Project Council Meeting will take place on Wednesday, January 7 at 11am PDT / 8pm CET on meet.google.com/bxs-cpcy-fdv. This meeting is open for the public to observe, and participate upon request from the Project Council members. If you would like the Project Council to discuss a particular topic, please comment here or contact @project-council, e.g., by tagging us on Discourse threads.

We have a dense agenda:

  • organizing elections of the next Area Teams / Project Council;

  • scope for the potential Community Area Team;

  • representation of subprojects that do not have an Area Team in the Project Council;

  • role of maintainers.

It’s a busy agenda already, but I was going to suggest adding the AI policy to the agenda. I need to make more edits to incorporate recent feedback, but I would like some high level input from the project council about whether they think it’s moving in the right direction and if they see emerging consensus.
