Release notes (and more) for version 18

Hello there,

I could find RN for current git version (19.0.0git) and version up to 17.0.6 on https://releases.llvm.org/ however I couldn’t find RN for version 18.0.

In fact, it’s not only Release Notes, but the whole project that isn’t on releases.llvm.org for version 18

In fact, I expected to have a released version 18.0.0 (as it seems to be used by matter ; that’s why I wanted to have RN), but it seems that:

  • there won’t be a 18.0.0
  • 18.1.0 is not yet released
