what is the current status of Swift support? Does anybody already work on it?

Clang is a C based language front-end for LLVM. Don’t expect it to support any other kind of language.
A Swift compiler should be a completely different front end.
Thanks for quick follow-up Jean-Daniel. I’m aware about it being a different frontend, but as Apple is still being silent about the future of the Swift I just thought maybe some of the cfe gurus are already involved in Swift activities. Found no other place to ask as there’s obviously no swift-fe group.

I guess they are, but it’s under NDA and it’s completely unrelated to cfe.
