Update PTX section in CodeGenerator.html

Hi Justin,

  I believe the PTX section in the link below need some love,
updating "lib/Target/PTX" to "lib/Target/NVPTX" for example.
Would you like to take a look?

Right, I forgot to update that originally. I also have a separate document in the works that goes into more detail for NVPTX.

Can you elaborate? What do you mean by “new” CUDA? The PTX generated by the back-end is compatible with the latest CUDA toolkit.
