The original plan was to have -rc3 be the last release candidate, but there were still a few bugs that had been in the queue for a while that didn’t make it in, so I’m planning to do an -rc4 on Tuesday, Feb 27 and the hopefully the final release on Tues March 5.
Would it be possible to get the release notes published for the RCs, so that we can easily examine them for any relevant changes? (Apologies if they’re published somewhere already and I missed them.)

Release notes for LLVM says “External Open Source Projects Using LLVM 15”. Presumably that should be LLVM 18.
