I'm creating the 2.0 release branch. Users with cvs commit access, please refrain from checking anything in. I will send email out once I have finished.

I'm creating the 2.0 release branch. Users with cvs commit access, please
refrain from checking anything in. I will send email out once I have
finished.

I am finished creating the branch. CVS is open again.

I will send out more details about the release and release branch in a bit. Please do not check in changes into the relase branch until I send out email detailing the procedure.
