Phabricator maintainance

Hi there,

I’m going to work on upgrading phabricator to a new version that has a few long-requested features (like email+password signup) over the weekend. I’ve gone through some merging, especially regarding the email handling, so let me know quickly if you see anything not working as indented…

This is now done - if you head over to http://llvm-reviews.chandlerc.com, we have a shiny new registration/login process for mail+password (the most requested missing feature I knew of).
