Dear All,
As most of you have probably noticed, the LLVM servers have been back up for awhile. According to the email I received during the night, the facilities people at UIUC think they have found the problem and fixed it as of midnight CST. They've also identified some deficiencies that they think might have caused the partial power outage and will be working to repair them.
