We’ve turned off the repo-lockdown bot, so the project is now ready to accept pull requests. If you want to submit a new change please use GitHub Pull Requests, if you have already submitted a change for review in Phabricator you may continue working on it there up until October 1. See previous announcement for more details.
If you have any comments/questions about using GitHub Pull Requests, you can join the #github-pull-requests channel on Discord. If you run into any bugs or have feature requests, please file an issue and add the github-prs label.
I think we’ll likely run into a few unexpected issues once we get a large volume of pull requests, so please be patient and help out by reporting issues. I expect it will take a few weeks for things to stabilize around pull requests.
